Our Team is Growing!
The Centre for Organizational Effectiveness was founded in 2000 by Maria Sánchez-Keane. Over the years the Centre has had the opportunity to have some amazing, skilled and gifted individuals work with us. Currently, we have a strong, committed team of associates and project specific associates that create the work we do. Gerda Zonruiter joined the team more formally in Spring 2018 and Kathleen Schreurs joined us in early 2018.
We are thrilled that Keri Selkirk has joined us as a Senior Consultant! Keri will be working as an independent contractor, so will be able to work on the Centre’s projects as well as seeking out and working on projects and opportunities that she is personally interested in.
This will include work in:
- strategic planning
- board/governance development
- organizational design and development
- transition planning and interim leadership
- enterprise risk management
- collaborations and partnership
- management and leadership development
Keri is a seasoned senior leader with a passion for strong governance and collaborative organizational cultures to support organizational and system improvements and change for the improved health and well-being of people and communities.
With over 20 years’ experience in leadership in health and the not-for-profit field, Keri’s background includes working with a National Health Charity, an Academic Health Sciences Centre, and 11 years building a large primary care organization that works with family physicians and allied health professionals to provide collaborative interdisciplinary care to 160,000 Ontarians.
Please join us in welcoming Keri to our team!
